My stay at this resort was a delightful experience, surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility, making it a perfect weekend getaway. The rooms were cozy and well-organized, though there were maintenance issues that needed addressing. The staff was attentive, and the atmosphere was serene, ideal for families with kids. However, some maintenance in the dining areas and common facilities could enhance the overall experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Jungle Lodge, nestled in a serene and beautiful location. The rooms were not only clean but also incredibly comfy, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The staff provided exceptional service, especially Ramesh, who made my time there even more special with his helpful tips and positive vibe. I did find a couple of aspects could use improvement, particularly the dining options, which were decent but could be elevated. Overall, this hidden gem is worth every penny, and I can’t wait to return.

The location is a bit misleading, being further from Kasauli than expected, which could be a downside for some guests.

The room we stayed in had a stunning view, but the service left much to be desired due to a lack of training among the staff. While the food was exceptional thanks to the chef, Ajay Gupta, the overall cleanliness and service need significant improvement. Despite these downsides, the location made our stay worthwhile, allowing us to unwind amidst nature.
